Top Ontario mixed climber Nathan Kutcher will be travelling to Ouray, CO, to compete in the prestigious Ouray Ice Festival. The event takes place from January 5 – 8, 2012 and attracts climbers from all over the world. Entry is limited to invitation-only and Kutcher was pleased to find out earlier this week that his registration was accepted. Kutcher has been quietly establishing some of Southern Ontario’s hardest mixed climbs including Centipede M10, Peripheral Visionary M9 and Mandatory Overtime M10.

As this is the first time anyone from Ontario has competed in this event, Kutcher has started a thread on the Ontario Climbing forum, which he will update with posts about his travel, training and competition results.
