Win Tickets To A Screening Of The Dawn Wall

Ontario Climbing is giving away six pairs of tickets to the Saturday, February 9, 6:15 pm screening of The Dawn Wall at the Hot Docs Ted Rogers Cinema.

The film follows Tommy Caldwell and Kevin Jorgeson as they attempt to climb the 3,000 ft Dawn Wall on El Cap in Yosemite National Park. The route has 32 pitches, clocks in at 5.14d and has seven pitches of 5.14, 12 pitches of 5.13, eight pitches of 5.12, four pitches of 5.11, and one pitch of 5.10.

The climb was documented by the talented filmmaking team of Josh Lowell and Peter Mortimer. Lowell and Mortimer have numerous climbing films to their credit including the highly acclaimed Valley Uprising (2014).
